Close the main valve — usually by the water meter, in the box outside the house, or under the kitchen sink. If water is near electrics, switch off the breaker. Then call us.
Don’t pour in more chemicals — if they don’t work, they make the job harder. Send a photo and tell us which drain; we often come the same day.
Check the heater’s breaker and whether anything is dripping underneath. Take a photo of the rating plate — then we bring the right part first time.
Send a floor plan or a few photos of the current bathroom with rough sizes. We measure for free and give you the price in writing.

What people ask
Do you come the same day?
For leaks and floods — yes, Sundays too. For anything else usually the same or next day; summer gets busy, so call in the morning.
What does a call-out cost?
A call-out in Poreč is €40, and it’s included in the price if we do the job. Outside Poreč we add travel — we tell you before we set off.
Do you work in rentals while guests are there?
Yes. We agree a time with you or the guest, work quietly and clean up after ourselves. Rental owners get priority in season.
I don’t live here all year — can you deal with it while I’m away?
Yes, that’s common around Poreč. Leave a key with a neighbour or a key box; we send photos before and after, and the invoice by email.
