P.S. From 13 October 2026 Airbnb charges the full 15.5% commission to the host. Most owners don't know yet. Whoever tells them first will be remembered — and you'll have the answer as well.
A referral counts when the owner names you in their first message. The fee is paid once the first build has been paid for, once per owner. It doesn't apply to owners who have already contacted us, or to your own properties.
